Dear Homeowners,

 

On behalf of the Board, thank you for taking the time to participate in the vote regarding the proposed Short-Term Rental Amendment to our CC&Rs.

 

We are especially appreciative of the strong level of engagement from our community. Approximately 90% of homeowners submitted ballots, which is an outstanding participation rate and reflects the commitment our residents have to the future of our neighborhood.

 

At this time, the ballots are being reviewed and certified by legal counsel to determine whether the amendment achieved the required threshold of 75% approval from the community. Once the certification process is complete, we will promptly share the official results with all homeowners.

 

We expect to have results by the end of this week.
